The mission of Arrow Kids is to reach children and families with the gospel so that, by the grace of God, they will make all of life all about Jesus.
During the teaching time on Sunday, we gather Preschool kids to learn basic truths about the Christian worldview. During the same time, Primary School age kids gather to strengthen their relationship with God, and one another. Many different methods of teaching are employed, including play, art & craft, singing, and catechism.
A fun music group for parents or primary care givers to enjoy together with their pre-school child.
Throughout the thirty minute session, children develop gross and fine motor skills, language, imagination, mathematical and pre-reading skills as well as socialise with others. Songs which tell about God are sung at each session. Props and musical instruments are provided and sessions are planned to extend children’s musical ability and appreciation. We’re not music teachers, but we’ve learned how to bring out the best in most children. After the music session we have 45 minutes for our eat / play / chat time. Morning tea is provided for both your child and yourself and while the children play you have an opportunity to connect with others who are at the same life stage.
Through our ‘mainly music’ program each week we are committed to reaching out to the young families in our community, providing a connection point for them both with other families, the church and ultimately to Jesus.
