Just about every Sunday is someone's first time at Red Door. Here are a few frequently asked questions to help plan a visit.

Where do I go when I get there?

As you walk into the building, our greeting team will meet you and show you where to find the toilets and children's ministry. If you need anything throughout your time with us, just ask one of the people who greeted you.

How long is the service?

Services last about an hour and a half and we aim for the gathering to be both deep and easily accessible. We love that God is building a church of all ages and diverse cultures!

What happens in the service?

Every Sunday, at all services, we preach from the Bible and celebrate the Lord’s Supper (also known as Communion or the Eucharist). If you want to hear our preaching style, check out our sermon page. At the close of our time together, we encourage you join us for tea and coffee.

If you’re visiting for the first time, be sure to fill-out a Connect Card with some info about you. We’d love to meet you, answer any questions you may have, and give you a welcome pack.

Is there anything for kids?

Yes! We run a program for kids at the 9AM service.

Here, kids usually spend the first 15 minutes in the service before we pray for them and send them out to Arrow Kids for the duration of the sermon. Here, Primary School-aged children learn about Jesus on their level.

Arrow Kids is a safe, age-appropriate environment led by a team of people who are passionate to see children make all of life all about Jesus.

What should I wear?

Don't feel like you have to dress up. Most people wear casual clothes, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Can I attend if I'm __________?

Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: divorced, broke, addicted, gay, transgender, atheist, skeptic... Everyone is welcome!
